We are thrilled to announce the partnership between Out of The Box Real Estate and The Transformation Empowerment Center to positively impact the underserved community by addressing financial challenges related to homeownership.
Our primary focus is on generating wealth in underserved areas where financial
limitations often impede individuals aspirations of owning a home.
Many hardworking families we assist are striving to achieve the American dream of
home ownership but lack the necessary resources.
To tackle this issue, we have initiated a new program to provide housing funds for eligible individuals. Our goal is to offer a minimum of $500 to at least one selected qualified individual every quarter. Your support is vital in expanding our reach and helping those in need. Out of the Box Real Estate donates 5% of the proceeds it receives from all real estate transactions to the Joshua Fund to continue to assist in providing their future clients with funding assistance.
We welcome partners like you to collaborate with us on this endeavor. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly benefit those in need of assistance. The Transformation Empowerment Center is a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations are
tax-deductible.

To Apply for Funds - Next drawing for recipient will be held 6/30/2025. Application deadline is 6/29/2025.
Eligibility Criteria
1. You must be a first time homebuyer
2. You must be a client of Out of the Box Real Estate LLC
3. You must be pre-approved for a mortgage loan.
4. You must attend a Real Estate Education Consultation with an Out of the Box Real Estate Agent or a Wealth and Empowerment Workshop.
Once you apply, and you meet the eligibility criteria, your name will be entered into a drawing for selection in the quarterly drawings. All information will be verified before finalizing the awarding of funds. If you are selected as a winner and have not closed on a property, you must close within 60 days to be awarded the funds.
